Thanks to all who stop to visit and maybe leave a comment. I appreciate every single one of them. The Am3 community is a very creative bunch who has been extremely supportive and also inspiring to me. Plus I get to meet all these great people from all over the world and communicate through what we see and how we see it.
that is one tenacious plant!

This is just so soft and pretty. It's one of those aaahhh pictures. Could just sit and drink it in for awhile.

I agree totally with your comments about the amimus3 community. I really enjoy this spot. As for the Photomatics I have found that not everything works and some things just look fake no matter what you do. I do play around with the sliders with every image I do. I usually shoot jpegs and I braket the living he** out of the image. Then I pick anywhere between 3-6 images that I have shot of the same image and process them. I have shot Raw but not often for this, especially when there is a very wide dynamic range. When there is a wide dynamic range I tend to use more images when I am processing them. I have shot a lot of subjects for this so I have had a lot of practice processing, in fact I have gone back and redone a few images I shot this summer. The images you have in your portfolio are very good.
